The API is documented, but you cannot just create a key: access goes through ServiceTitan first. After that, your own admin generates the client ID and secret. [help.servicetitan.com](https://help.servicetitan.com/roofing/docs/get-started-with-api-dev-portal-v2) **How it signs in**\ An app key from the developer portal plus a client ID and secret that your ServiceTitan admin creates per tenant; the client credentials grant gives a token that lasts 15 minutes. **Webhooks**\ **Not confirmed.** **Hosting**\ Cloud **Condition**\ Developer portal access must be requested and is verified by ServiceTitan before you can create an app. ## What you can build Look up customers, jobs and appointments from your chat, and book a job from a web form straight into ServiceTitan. The Hypamoon vault holds a fixed key today, so an adapter for ServiceTitan takes more work: ask your chat to check this first. - Each tenant needs its own client ID and secret, made separately for the integration and the production environment. ## Try it in your chat First get access from ServiceTitan.
