For on-premise and Private Edition systems your SAP team must activate the OData services and make the system reachable over HTTPS from the internet; check with your SAP partner what your version offers. - Each API belongs to a communication scenario (for example SAP\_COM\_0008 for business partners) that your administrator activates.
